Today we attended a Muddy Boots Forest Camp event at Kuehn Conservation Area. The hike was great and my boys loved hearing the stories and choosing a book to take home. I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more of Kuehn. Here's the event description...
Our Boots and Books series takes you to different parks across the metro to combine reading and the outdoors. We'll hike, break for a snack and story time, and finish with play time either at a playground or as a group with our parachute. Before each child leaves they will get to select a book to take home.
