Ashley Okland Star Playground in Ewing Park in Des Moines is a top 5 favorite for my boys. There's wooded areas to explore nearby, a disc golf course and a
lilac arboretum. A parking lot and restrooms are near the playground. In the winter, a portable restroom is available.
