We had perfect weather for kayaking at Easter Lake Park today. After paddling, we played at the beach. Easter Lake Boat Rentals offers several types of rentals including paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, fishing boats and pontoon boats.
The process to get on the water was very easy and inexperienced paddlers are welcome, as they go over paddling techniques with you before launching your kayaks.
Easter Lake is 165-acres and fun to paddle. The Polk County Conservation map shows the location of the beach where the rentals are located.
The beach area is wonderful with clean water and nice sand. Restrooms are near the beach and parking is close by, which is handy when hauling beach gear. Beach hours are 8:00 am to Sunset.
