Crossroads Park in West Des Moines has a nice playground, but my kids enjoyed playing at
Crossroads Elementary School even more. The school has three playgrounds which can be seen from the park and are a short walk across a field. The park has a picnic shelter, parking lot, seasonal restrooms and a lot of traffic noise due to its proximity to the interstate.
