Decorah: Sugar Bowl April 30, 2022 Sugar Bowl has two locations in Decorah. We visited the Water Street location and loved it. There were 9 of us in our group and we met in Madison, Wisconsin where we frequently had Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, which is what's served at Sugar Bowl.
