Krupp Park in Nevada, Iowa has a quiet neighborhood playground. My kids liked the playground, but we did have an issue with a handhold coming off of the rockwall while my son was climbing (and two others were missing). There's no parking lot and no restrooms, but easy street parking is nearby.
