Johnston Commons has a new playground that opened April 2022. It's located behind the library, which has a great
children's play area. There's an
ice skating rink at Johnston Commons each winter on the east side of the library. A shelter with restrooms is being constructed with an estimated completion of Summer 2023.

Swings: traditional, toddler
Restrooms: under construction (available inside the library)
Parking: library parking lot, the west side has a paved trail that connects to the playground
