The
Ice House Museum in Cedar Falls was suprisingly kid friendly. They had a scavenger hunt with a prize at the end, gears to play with it, Lincoln Logs to build a dam with, and a block of ice to lift. Admission is free for kids 12 and under, and $5 for everyone else. They accept cash or check at the museum, or you can pay via
PayPal and show the receipt.
