Monarca Paletas is such a fun place to stop for a summer treat. One kid was planning to order ice cream as he does at Mangos Paletas in Ankeny, but Monarca only sells paletas. He settled for an Oreo paleta and he loved it. The strawberry paleta I got was the best I've had since moving here from Miami.
