The Fossil & Prairie Park is a really fun place to hike and explore. You can collect Devonian fossils, hike prairie trails and see exhibits in the visitor center, which is open seasonally on weekends (May to October). There are restrooms inside the visitor center but when it's closed, there are some terrible pit toilets with no doors near the quarry parking lot.
