Urbandale Parks & Rec hosted a winter family scavenger hunt today that was really fun. The cost was $20 per family, which included a gift bag (with crafts and t-shirts). The hunt included Charles Gabus Park and Walker Johnston Park, which meant we had to move pretty fast to complete the challenge within an hour. Families with young kids struggled and I saw many kids being carried.
It was very cold today, which meant pens didn't work so I took photos of the answers and then completed the sheet after returning to the warmth of our car. We really enjoyed the scavenger hunt, but I'm hoping the next one is in a month with milder weather.
