DES MOINES: Evergreen Park

 

Evergreen Park in Des Moines has two playgrounds connected by a 0.2 mile paved trail through the neighborhood.  The north playground is the newest with a unique play structure.  The south playground is older, but still fun.

NORTH PLAYGROUND

Play Structures: Ages 2-5 & 5-12 (separate structures)

Restrooms: none (Git-N-Go across the street)

Parking: street parking on SE 21st St

SOUTH PLAYGROUND

Play Structure: Ages 5-12 

Surface: rubber

Swings: traditional, toddler

Restrooms: none
