MISSOURI: O'Day Park in O'Fallon March 14, 2023 O'Day Park in O'Fallon has a unique playground. The water play area looked really fun. It's open 8 am to 8 pm from April to September. The restrooms were open during our visit, but I'm not sure if they're open year-round.
