Today was a beautiful day to enjoy ice cream outside. After playing at Doanes Park, we stopped at
Over the Top for a treat. They're known for the free topper they add to each scoop of ice cream.
Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. I highly recommend stopping when you're in Pleasant Hill or passing by on Hwy 65, because it's near the exit.
