We saw beautiful spring wildflowers on our 3 mile loop hike at Woodland Mounds State Preserve today. At the far north end of the trail are a series of Native American conical mounds. We found two geocaches along the trail as part of the Warren County Geocaching Challenge. Near the parking area are two picnic tables and a pit toilet (no lock).
