Prairie Ridge Splash Park in Ankeny is available for free between 10:00-11:45 am, Monday through Friday. The splash pad is part of
Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center, so if you visit after it opens at 12:00 pm, you have to pay daily admission or use a season pass to access the splash park area. There's a shaded area within the splash pad with two picnic tables.
