DALLAS CENTER: Mound Park

Mound Park in Dallas Center has a new ninja type play structure in the upper play area which replaced the slide and swings.  My kids really liked it, but the structure is very tall and they had trouble reaching (my tallest kiddo is 54").  There are three play areas in total at the park.

Play Structures: Ages 2-5 & 5-12
Surface: wood chips, gravel, rubber
Swings: traditional, toddler, tire, saucer
Restrooms: seasonal modern (portable in the winter)
Parking: two parking lots

The park has a full-size basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a tennis court (with pickleball lines) and three picnic shelters.  There's also a roller skating rink with a concession stand open Tuesdays and Fridays with free skate rentals.
