MARSHALL COUNTY: Natural Playscape at Grimes Farm

Grimes Farm & Conservation Center has a fun natural playscape.  There's a slide, swing, small water play area, butterfly garden, large sand play area, musical area, tunnel tubes and a spider web.

Behind the spider web is where the storywalk begins.  It's a little overgrown right now and hard to spot the trail from the playscape.  The currect book is A Seed is Sleepy.

The storywalk ends near the nature center and it's a 0.4 mile loop to get back to the playscape.  The park also has an observation tower my kids really like, but we didn't hike out there during our visit today.

The nature center is open on weekdays and there's a portable restroom in the parking lot.  For more information about Grimes Farm, please see my 8/29/21 post.
