Eagle Point Park in Dubuque overlooks the Mississippi River, Lock and Dam No. 11 and offers a view of Illinois and Wisconsin. There's a one dollar admission fee per vehicle. There are playgrounds in three different areas of the park and a small splash fountain for kids 10 and under.
