Eagle Point Park in Dubuque overlooks the Mississippi River, Lock and Dam No. 11 and offers views of Illinois and Wisconsin. The park is open from May to October and there's a one dollar admission fee per vehicle. There are playgrounds in three different areas of the park and a small splash fountain for kids 10 and under.
