Scoops by Beth - Des Moines, Iowa May 03, 2026 After splashing at McHenry Park today, we headed to the new Scoops by Beth ice cream shop, which is just a 1/2 mile away. We tried chocolate, rhubarb crisp, mint chocolate chip and they were all delicious!
