Slick City in Clive is a great addition to the Des Moines area. It's fun for a wide age range of kids, doesn't have long lines even when it's busy, and it's an activity that really tires kids out.
In addition to the wide variety of slides, there's a basketball court, swing and trapeze, zip line, and a play area for kids 5 and under. For an extra cost, kids can play arcade games and get snacks at the concession stand.
There are two ticket options - 90 minutes and 120 minutes. Spectators are free. Prices are comparable to Kids Empire and Urban Air. Slick City socks are required and are $5.
