Swiss Valley Park in Peosta (4 miles southwest of Dubuque) has two playgrounds, picnic areas, a campground and Catfish Creek which is great for splashing in. We had a picnic lunch and my kids played before heading up the road to
Swiss Valley Nature Preserve.
