Newton Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is a pretty place to take a walk and my kids loved splashing in the stream. It's very close to the playground at
Agnes Patterson Memorial Park and there's a storywalk in-between. Don't forget a painted rock to increase the length of the rock snake there (it's near the entrance to the parking lot).
